By accessing or using Loquiva (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
Loquiva is an AI-powered voice conversation platform designed to help intermediate and advanced English learners improve their spoken English through real-time voice conversations with AI companions. The Service is provided via web browser and requires an active internet connection and microphone access.
You must create an account to use Loquiva. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
New users receive a 3-day free trial with 30 minutes of conversation time per day, with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Trial access is limited to one per person and may not be transferred.
Loquiva offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed at time of purchase and may change with 30 days notice. All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store payment card information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. New subscribers may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of their first payment by contacting support@loquiva.talk. After 3 days, no refunds are issued for partial months, renewal charges, or unused time. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You agree to use Loquiva only for personal English learning purposes. You may not: (a) collect data about AI companion behavior for commercial purposes; (b) reverse-engineer or exploit our AI characters or conversation systems; (c) run automated or bot-driven sessions; (d) impersonate others or use the Service for deceptive purposes; (e) attempt to circumvent usage limits through artificial means. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Our Logophile plan includes unlimited conversation time for genuine personal English learning. Usage may be temporarily limited if our systems detect patterns inconsistent with personal use — such as continuous automated activity, non-stop sessions without natural breaks, or patterns suggesting commercial exploitation, system analysis, or misuse of our AI companions for purposes other than personal language learning. Loquiva reserves the right to investigate and act on suspected abuse.
All content on Loquiva — including AI companion personalities, voice identities, conversation systems, and platform design — is the intellectual property of Loquiva. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any part of the Service without explicit written permission.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Loquiva, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of Loquiva will result in specific improvements to your English proficiency. AI companions may occasionally produce inaccurate corrections or responses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loquiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
