• Technical data: browser type, device type, and approximate timezone for service functionality.

Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve Loquiva:

• Powering your companion's memory so they remember your conversations over time.
• Delivering accurate speech recognition and AI responses.
• Managing your account and subscription.
• Detecting and preventing abuse of the Service.
• Improving the quality of our AI companions and correction system.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your conversations for advertising purposes. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.

To operate Loquiva, we work with carefully selected third-party service providers. Each provider receives only the minimum data necessary for their function and is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Economic Area, subject to GDPR data protection requirements. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to user data is strictly limited to essential operations only.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to certain processing; request a copy of your data in a portable format.
